T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in Q4 2020 with 282 tenders and a 43.9% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 222 tenders and a 34.6% share and Energy Storage with 46 tenders and a 7.2% share during the quarter.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 12 tenders and a 52.2% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: nine tenders and a 39.1% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: two tenders and an 8.7% share.
