T&D Project stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Middle East and Africa region in Q2 2021 with 30 contracts and a 23.4% share, followed by Power Plant with 28 contracts and a 21.9% share and Generation Equipment with 23 contracts and an 18% share during the quarter.

The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 20 contracts and a 66.7% share
  2. Consulting & Similar Services: nine contracts and a 30% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one contract and a 3.3% share.
