JinkoSolar’s Japanese subsidiary Jinko Japan has signed a cooperation agreement with Quantum Power to provide 187MW of modules for three new solar farms.
Jinko Japan will install 275Wp modules on the new farms, which are situated in Ibaraki, Gunma, and Mie prefectures in Japan.

Delivery of the modules is set to start in Q4, 2017.
The Mie farm solarpower plant will be able to generate 127,500MWh per year of power and provide clean energy to around 90,000 households in the region. Construction is expected to begin next month, with completion scheduled to take place by November next year.
JinkoSolar's global sales and marketing vice-president Gener Miao said: “Our influence in the Japanese market will further increase and our efforts to support our customers in Japan will be greatly enhanced through this new relationship.”
Currently, the company is involved in the distribution and selling of its solar solutions and services to various utility, commercial, and residential customers worldwide.
