Vistra and Kentucky Utilities are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80% and 20% respectively.
It is a steam turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Trunkline.
The project generated 6,563,959MWh of electricity.
