Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization.
Arkari Gol is a run-of-river project. The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 1.06 million cubic meter. The gross head and net head of the project will be 335m and 318m respectively. The project is expected to generate 287 GWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $183m.
The hydro power project consists of 3 turbines, each with 33MW nameplate capacity.
The project will have 3 electric generators installed at the project site. The generator capacity is likely to be 38.82 MVA.
