Description

The project was developed by Bow Power and Energia Renovable de la Peninsula. The project is currently owned by Actividades de Construccion y Servicios with a stake of 70%, Envision Energy, Global Infrastructure Partners and Vive Energia SAPI de CV.

The project generates 300GWh of electricity. The project cost is $167m.

The project has 120m high towers.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Comision Federal de Electricidad under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.065kWh for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 85MW.

Contractors Involved

Envision Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 36 units of EN110/2.5 turbines, each with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.

Envision Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
