The process of combustion has been adopted in this project to release the stored energy from the feed. Wood chips which is a kind of wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.

Fuji Electric was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project. The company provided 1 turbine with 50MW nameplate capacity.
Sumitomo Heavy Industries supplied steam boiler for the project.
