SWOOP Energy is involved in provision of mobile energy supply for professionals from event, audiovisual and construction industries. The company was founded in 2022 by Yann Cousin and Alexis Claeys and provides alternatives to fossil fuel based power sources by restoring the vehicles batteries. The used batteries are integrated into new, mobile electricity sources.
The company recently benefited from the Fonds Régional d’Amplification de la Troisième Révolution Industrielle (Fratri — ‘Regional Fund for the Expansion of the Third Industrial Revolution’) in the Hauts-de-France region. Swoop Energy plans to develop stationary energy-storage solutions.
