Arizona Public Service and PacifiCorp are currently owning the project.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Bituminous, Natural Gas, Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from McKinley Mine,Lee Ranch and El Segundo Mines.

The project generated 3,516,007MWh of electricity.
