Huntstown Power Company Limited (HPCL) is a power generation company. The company generates power of 343 MW through Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant. It works on the development of all islands single electricity market Viridian’s CCGT power plant of 404 MW capacities. HPCL’s CCGT plant was developed in two phases consisting of a Siemens 343 MW multi-shaft design and a Mitsubishi 401 MW single shaft configuration burning natural gas.
