Description
The project was developed by Ishinomaki Hibarino Biomass Energy GK. Renova, Prominet Power, United Purpose Management and Mizuho Leasing are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 38%, 34%, 15% and 13% respectively.
The project generates 530GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 170,000 households.
Agricultural by-product and wood by-product are used as a feedstock to power the project.
