Southwestern Electric Power, Arkansas Electric Cooperative, East Texas Electric Cooperative and Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 73.3%, 11.7%, 8.3% and 6.7% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.

The project generated 4,008,091MWh of electricity.
