Description

The project was developed by Explotaciones Eolicas Aldehuelas. RWE and Others are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 95% and 5% respectively.

The project generates 123,516MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 30,000 households, offsetting 13,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 59 units of AE-56 turbines, each with 0.8MW nameplate capacity.
