IT jobs claimed a 36.4% share in the company’s total hiring activity in February 2022, and recorded a 3.39% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Itron IT hiring in February 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Itron, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 68.57% in February 2022, and a 33.33% rise over January 2022, while Computer Support Specialists claimed a share of 11.43% in February 2022, and registered growth of 100%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 8.57% in February 2022, a flat growth from January 2022.

North America stood next with 40%, registering a 30% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with an 11.43% share and a 33.33% rise over January 2022.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 48.57% share in February 2022, a 1600% growth over January 2022. US featured next with a 40% share, down 30% over the previous month. Hungary recorded an 11.43% share, an increase of 33.33% compared with January 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Itron IT hiring activity in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 45.71%, up by 100% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 31.43% share, a growth of 57.14% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 22.86% share, down 11.11% over January 2022.
