The project is being developed by Acme Solar Holdings. Acme Solar Holdings, Investment Fund for Developing Countries and United Nations Office for Project Services are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 39% and 10% respectively.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Solar Energy Corporation of India under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.035kWh for a period of 25 years.
