The project is developed and owned by Enel Green Power Romania. The company has a stake of 100%.

The project generates 100,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 35,000 households, offsetting 70,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $79.533m.

Contractors Involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 17 units of G90-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Global Energy Services Siemsa is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
