Description

The project was developed by AES Tiete. BNDES Participacoes and The AES are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 28% and 24% respectively.

Agua Vermelha V Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project cost is $52.887m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in November 2019.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Operador Nacional do Sistema Eletrico under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2019.

Contractors Involved

Prodiel Proyectos de Instalaciones Electricas was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

The project is utilising dual axis trackers supplied by STI Norland.
