Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to MP Power Management under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.068kWh for a period of 25 years, starting from 2017. The contracted capacity is 50MW.
Contractors Involved
Tirupur Renewable Energy was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 25 units of G114-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
