Description
The project is currently owned by Dating Caning Biomass Power.
The project generates 176GWh electricity thereby offsetting 152,444t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Cotton straw which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 2 turbines, each with 15MW nameplate capacity.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to East China Grid under a power purchase agreement.
