Description
The project was developed by Avant-Garde Engineers and Consultants and is currently owned by Sakthi Sugar Mills.
Bagasse which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.

The power generated from the project is sold to TNEB under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
Greensol Power Systems was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project.
Cethar supplied steam boiler for the project.
