T&D Project stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in Q4 2019 with 991 tenders and a 53.3% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 335 tenders and an 18% share and Generation Equipment with 277 tenders and a 14.9% share during the quarter.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 765 tenders and a 77.2% share
  2. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: 216 tenders and a 21.8% share
  3. Consulting & Similar Services: ten tenders and a 1% share.
