T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in Q3 2021 with 217 tenders and a 36.5% share, followed by Power Plant with 125 tenders and a 21% share and Generation Equipment with 109 tenders and an 18.3% share during the quarter.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 78 tenders and a 77.2% share
  2. Consulting & Similar Services: 19 tenders and an 18.8% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: four tenders and a 4% share.
