The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Wood pellets which is a kind of wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project got commissioned in 2014.
Burmeister & Wain Energy supplied steam boiler for the project. The boiler installed at the site has a capacity of 1,067TPH. The temperature witnessed inside the boiler is around 582Degree Celsius. The steam is pressurized inside the boiler at 305bar.
Ramboll Danmark is the O&M contractor for the project.
