The project is developed and owned by Hoang Anh Thanh Hoa Hydroelectric Joint Stock.
Ba Thuoc 1 is a run-of-river project. The project generated 216.04 GWh of electricity.
The hydro power project consists of 4 turbines, each with 15.464MW nameplate capacity.
The project has 4 electric generators installed at the site. The generator capacity is 16.67 MVA.
