The Bahri Thermal Power Plant is 350MW oil fired power project. It is planned in Khartoum, Sudan. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.

Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by Sudanese Thermal Power Generating.

It is a gas turbine power plant. The power plant can run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant will be heavy diesel. In case of shortage of heavy diesel the plant will run on Light Diesel Oil.

The project cost is expected to be around $176.205m.
