The project is being developed and currently owned by RES Australia.
Baringhup Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 237 hectares.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 44,000 households, to offset 170,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $132.326m.
The solar power project consists of 260,000 modules.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.
