The project is developed and owned by Adenium Energy Capital.
Beppu Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.
The project generates 33,038MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 5,031 households, offsetting 24,112t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $47.526m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in November 2018.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Kyushu Electric Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
Contractors Involved
Saferay Holding was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Suntech Power Japan was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 89,230 modules at the site.
Saferay Holding is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
