BIM 1 Solar PV Park is a 30MW solar PV power project. It is located in Ninh Thuan, Vietnam. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in April 2019.

Description
The project was developed by AC Energy Vietnam Investments 2 and BIM GROUP. BIM GROUP and AC Energy International Holdings are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 70% and 30% respectively.
BIM 1 Solar PV Park is spread over an area of 35 hectares.
The project generates 50,464MWh electricity thereby offsetting 21,629t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $35.2m.
The project consists of 90,000 modules.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in April 2019.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Vietnam Electricity under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.093kWh for a period of 20.00 years, starting from 2018.
Contractors Involved
Bouygues Energies & Services UK and juwi Solar were selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
juwi is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 5 years.
