Description

The project was developed by Areva Renewables, Ballast Nedam and Metso Power. The project is currently owned by Eneco Holding.

The project generates 400GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 120,000 households, offsetting 250,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $178.994m.

Wood waste which is a kind of wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
