M. A. Mortenson was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 152 units of G90-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Avangrid Renewables is the O&M contractor for the wind power project, commencing from the year 2012.
