The project is developed and owned by Avangrid Renewables.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 76,000 households, offsetting 725,747.792t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $600m.

Power Purchase Agreement
American Municipal Power, FirstEnergy and Ohio State University are the power offtakers from the project.
Contractors Involved
M. A. Mortenson was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 152 units of G90-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
Avangrid Renewables is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
