Description
The project was developed by Compania Eolica Aragonesa. The project is co-owned by EDP Renovaveis and Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project generates 89,191MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 15,173 households.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in 1997.
Contractors Involved
Borja (Borja I) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V42-600 kW turbines. The phase consists of 27 turbines with 0.6MW nameplate capacity.
Borja (Borja II A) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G47-660 kW turbines. The phase consists of 11 turbines with 0.66MW nameplate capacity.
Borja (Borja II B) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems NM 48/750 turbines. The phase consists of 19 turbines with 0.75MW nameplate capacity.
Global Energy Services is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
