Description
The project was developed by Blauwwind II, Orsted Borssele 1 and Two Towers. Diamond Generating Europe, Eneco Holding, Luxcara, Norges Bank Investment Management, Octopus Energy, Orsted, Partners Group Holding and Shell are currently owning the project.
The wind turbines in the Borssele I & II - A are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the phase.
The wind turbines in the Borssele I & II - B are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the phase.
The wind turbines in the Borssele III are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the phase.
The wind turbines in the Borssele IV are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the phase.
The wind turbines in the Borssele V are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the phase.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 1,500,000 households.
