The project was developed by Buffalo Dunes Wind Project. The project is currently owned by EGPNA Development Holdings with a stake of 75%, GE Energy Financial Services and JPMorgan Chase.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Alabama Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 135 units of 1.85-87 turbines, each with 1.85MW nameplate capacity.
GE Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
