Description

The project is being developed by Georgetown Hills Renewable Energy, Pacific Hydro and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Australia. Georgetown Hills Renewable Energy and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Australia are currently owning the project.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 179,000 households, to offset 688,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $350m.

The Tubular Steel structure to be installed at the project site are expected to be 102.5m high.
