The project is developed and owned by Consolidated Edison Development. The company has a stake of 100%.

CED Upton County Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,500 acres.

The project generates 429,522MWh of electricity. The project cost is $398.896m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in August 2017.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Austin Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years from 2017. The contracted capacity is 150MW.

Contractors Involved

JinkoSolar (U.S.) Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 661,000 modules at the site.

The project is utilising horizontal single axis trackers supplied by NEXTracker.
