Chalan Solar PV Park, US

Chalan Solar PV Park is an 89MW solar PV power project. It is planned in California, the US. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2022 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in December 2023.

Chalan Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 14,596 households. The project cost is expected to be around $95.942m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by December 2023.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Clean Power Alliance under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years from 2023. The offtake capacity is expected to be 64.9MW.

Origis Energy is expected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

Origis Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the solar PV power project.
