The project is currently owned by Global Ampersand.
The project generates 53GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 12,500 households.
The process of combustion has been adopted in this project to release the stored energy from the feed. Agricultural by-product and wood by-product are used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 1 turbine with 12.5MW nameplate capacity.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Pacific Gas and Electric under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years.
Contractors Involved
IHI Power Services is the O&M contractor for the project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2015, for a period of 5 years.
