Description
The project is currently owned by Clean Association of Tokyo 23.
The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Municipal solid waste is used as a feedstock to power the project.

Hitachi Zosen was selected to render EPC services for the biopower project.
Hitachi Zosen is the O&M contractor for the project.
