Description

The project is developed by Cimarron Bend Wind Project I, Cimarron Bend Wind Project II and Cimarron Bend Wind Project III. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.

The project generates 2,700GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 180,000 households, offsetting 1,700,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Cimarron Bend Wind Farm (Cimarron Bend III) consists of 74 turbines.

Power Purchase Agreement

Evergy, Google Energy, Kansas City Board of Public Utilities and Missouri Public Utility Alliance are the power offtakers from the project.

Contractors Involved

Cimarron Bend Wind Farm (Cimarron Bend I) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V110-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 100 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Cimarron Bend Wind Farm (Cimarron Bend II) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V110-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 100 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.
