CSF La Pinilla Solar PV Park is a 49.98MW solar PV power project. It is located in Murcia, Spain. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. The project construction commenced in 2020 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 2021.

Description

The project was developed by Photosolar Medina 3 and is currently owned by China Three Gorges.

CSF La Pinilla Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 86.39 hectares.

The project generates 101,328MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 25,000 households, offsetting 66,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $35.985m.

The project construction commenced in 2020 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 2021.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Nexus Energia under a power purchase agreement for a period of 14 years. The contracted capacity is 42.25MW.

Contractors Involved

Jinko Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 130,000 modules each with 350W of nameplate capacity.

Power Electronics Espana supplied 14 of its Freesun FS2800CH15 inverters to the project site.
