Dahua is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 815 million cubic meter. Dahua underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1998-2002, 2007-2009. The project generated 3,319 GWh of electricity.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to China Southern Power Grid under a power purchase agreement.
