Dardu HEP is a 60MW hydro power project. It is planned on Pare river/basin in Arunachal Pradesh, India. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in single phase. Description
The project is being developed by KVK Dardu Hydro Energy and is currently owned by KVK Energy & Infrastructure.
The net head of the project will be 122.42m. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, is expected to be 2 in number. The penstock diameter will be 3.2m. The project cost is expected to be around $70.293m.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2024. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2026.
