Grupo Energia Bogota and Enel Americas are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51.51% and 48.48% respectively.
Dario Valencia Samper is a run-of-river project. Dario Valencia Samper underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2013-2014.
The hydro power project consists of 3 turbines each with 50 MW nameplate capacity.
