The project is currently owned by Gujarat State Electricity with a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant.
The project cost is $255m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 375MW.

L&T-Sargent & Lundy was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of SGT5-4000F gas turbine with 245MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of SST5-3000 steam turbine with 130MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens supplied SGen5-2000H, Hydrogen-Cooled electric generator for the project.
John Cockerill Group supplied steam boiler for the project.
