Description

The project was developed by ALLETE Clean Energy and Apex Clean Energy Holdings. ALLETE Clean Energy and JPM Capital are currently owning the project.

The project generates 180,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 114,000 households, offsetting 884,400t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $534.336m.

Development Status

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in December 2020.

Contractors Involved

Wanzek Construction was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The wind power project consists of 112 turbines.
