Description
The project was developed by POSCO Engineering & Construction. Halla Energy & Environment and Korea East-West Power are currently owning the project.
The project generates 223.3GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 73,000 households, offsetting 100,900t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $57.526m.
Wood chips which is a kind of wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 1 turbine with 30MW nameplate capacity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in July 2013.

Andritz Energy & Environment supplied steam boiler for the project.
