The project is being developed and currently owned by Emery Meadow Solar Station. The company has a stake of 100%.

Emery Meadow Solar Station is planned over 87.2 acres.

The project is expected to generate 36,407MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 5,714 households. The project is expected to offset 718,740t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $25.548m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by June 2023.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Central Maine Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2023. The offtake capacity is expected to be 16.3MW.
