Emu Downs Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 70 hectares.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 6,700 households. The project cost is $38.687m.
The project consists of 75,000 modules.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in January 2018.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Synergy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 12 years from 2018. The contracted capacity is 20MW.
Contractors Involved
UGL was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
The project is utilising trackers supplied by NEXTracker.
UGL is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
