Description

The Endesa’s Carboneras Thermal Plant – Battery Energy Storage System is being developed by Engie EPS. The project is owned by Endesa Generacion (100%), a subsidiary of Endesa.

The key application of the project is the system is aimed at improving plant flexibility to cover electricity demand around the clock, responding to load fluctuations driven by intermittent energy sources.
