The project is developed and owned by Heishui Erdaoqiao Electric Power.
Erdaoqiao is a run-of-river project. The net head of the project is 288.2m. The project generated 214.4 GWh of electricity.
The project has 2 electric generators installed at the site.

The power generated from the project is sold to Central China Grid under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
Hangzhou Resource Power Equipment was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 units of francis turbines, each with 27.5MW nameplate capacity.
